We are a couple (not married) and I (Singapore PR) own a Condo. My fiancé (Singaporean) is considering to purchase a resale HDB flat. If she purchases the HDB flat and get married, can we continue to own both properties?

Hi,

If your fiance is a Singapore Citizen above age 35, she can purchase a resale HDB flat under Single Scheme.

Both of you need not sell off your properties if the properties are bought before you get married.
