Hi,

Understand that we can not buy a HDB if we own a residential property oversea.
I have a commercial title service condo at Malaysia. Is this consider residential property?
Am I still eligible to buy a HDB?

Afternoon,

If the title of the service apartment have being clearly stated as commercial property, we can write into HDB and appeal for your case. Do note that you and your spouse need to be at least SPR of 3 years or either of you must be SC.
