Hi, understand that the previous "SPR siblings scheme" was removed and now SPR siblings could only purchase resale HDB under "public scheme" whereby the family nucleus include buyer + parents + siblings (if any). So my sister and me would like to buy resale HDB but without my parents' involvement/residence in Spore, is it possible ?
