Hi, under the singles scheme, is there anything I can do a few months before I reached my birth date?

Hi,
You might want to ready the finances ( Cash / CPF ) and get an indicative loan amount (HDB / Bank) so to have a rough idea the price range you can shortlist and view. Finding the right unit also takes some time hence you probably can start 1-2 months before reaching 35 years.
