Hi thr,

What is the rule on investing outside Singapore (i.e. buying property overseas) before completion of minimum occupation period for HDB in Singapore. Any formalities to be done/inform HDB etc. etc.?

Any HDB rule and website link will help..thanks.

Good morning investor,

Do take note that you are not eligible to purchase any overseas residential property within your MOP. If you want to do so, can try appealing through your HDB branch office.
