Hi there.I am Singaporean 30yo self employed anual 65k with 400k cash.Looking to buy a private property in Sg.My 1st home.can i check roughly how much loan am i eligble for?Or the price range of the private property that i should be aiming for?

Hi,

Assuming you don't have other loans outstanding, and have a good credit profile, based on TDSR requirements of 60%, rough initial estimates you can loan about max 724K for a 30year tenure.

Final disbursed max loan amount depends on your age, income, credit profile and any assets you own, it is best if you can speak to your preferred bank to get an idea.

Adding the figures up, a 1.1mil condo shouldn't be a problem, and this figure we have a good range of 2 bedders to look for. May I know your housing plans further so as to value-add?
