Hi there. To extend rent contract after 1 year contract, should i make agent to involve in? If landlord agree on it, can i just extend without physical copy of contract? IF initial agent should be involved in, please advise the amount of fee that landlord should pay. Thank you in advance.

Hi, in most cases, the commission of the tenant agent as well as the landlord agent will be payable upon each renewal.
