Dear landlord,

You may wish to look into your tenancy agreement to find out what compensation are you entitled to. Perhaps your salesperson who brokered this rental can assist better? Otherwise do get in touch with me and I shall see how I may assist you further.

    Dear Geryl,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have read the tenancy agreement and there is only a clause that states that '' To pay and make good to the Landlord all and every loss and damage whatsoever incurred or sustained by the Landlord (including all legal costs on a Solicitor and Client basis, and surveyors costs in respect of the service of notices or proceedings) in consequence of every breach or non-observance of the Tenant’s covenants herein contained and to indemnify the Landlord and the Landlord’s successors-in-title from and against all actions claims liability costs and expenses thereby arising ''. Does it include the compensation for breaching the contract expiry date? Thank you very much for your kind help
