Hi there,
My SPR recently expired but I co-own an HDB flat with my parents who are both SPRs. I currently work overseas so I don't need the SPR to stay in Singapore but my questions are:
1) Will the expiry of my SPR affect my parents who I co-own the HDB flat>
2) Will we be required to sell the property now?
3) Do my parents have to re-mortgage the property without my name?
4) If I continue to voluntary contribute to my CPF, will that make any difference/ allow me to continue to be a co-owner?
Thanks for your advice.
P.S. I still have my blue IC and my CPF account as I have not formally revoked my SPR, I just realised it has already expired...
