Hi there, my family is facing this issue currently. We have already manage to get a buyer for our unit and paperworks has been settled n approved. We already had an interest on this one unit n the agent of that unit has sent in our proposal for that unit & our 5k has been given to that unit owner. However, that agent seems to not know that the EIP for Malay quota for that unit has been maxed out and HDB has mentioned/reply via email to her that nothing can be done on the HDB side & they ask her to assist us to find another unit although on her page stated 'For All Races' . Instead, our agent on the other hand, insist we go through another 3 to 4 weeks more for MP appeal with 50% of uncertainty whether we can get it or not. So my question is, any of the agent here can give us a clue if we can get our 5k and proceed to other eip eligible units? About the MP appeal, any success stories? Kindly do help us with ur insights as we have engaged our agent since August & not keen to waste time.
