Hi there!
I'm currently on a look out for a 4 room or 5 room flat in Jurong East area. Main point is that I'm looking at low COV like $15k to 20K max. Do I have any chance with the current market going from mad to crazy?

Hi AC,

You may stand a chance getting a flat with 20k COV. However, you many need to compromise on things like floor level, condition and facing, etc.
