Hi Prabhu,

Is there anyone in Singapore whom you can appoint as POA to facilitate the sale process? The POA can sign on your behalf for the necessary documents. You will also have to inform HDB about the expiry of SPR status and to appeal for some time to conduct the sale.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
