Hi there, I'm a divorcee. I'll like to purchase a resale unit near my parents.
Me and my ex spouse purchased a resale 4 room flat and took the first timer grant from HDB back then.
If I am to purchase a resale 3rm HDB, will I still be able to apply for HDB grant? If yes, which grant can I apply for?
I've tried to do research online but it still leave me with a lot of doubts.
I'll like to seek professional advices from our agents here.

Dear buyer,

It will be difficult for us to provide any form of advise without understanding the full circumstances. It is encouraged that you write in to HDB to find out what are the housing grants that you are eligible for basing on their records. I believe this will give you a clearer picture before you embark on the home search.
