hi there ,

I bought a house with housing grant 4 yrs ago . Can my parents buy a new BTO at the same area as i have not met my MOP.

Afternoon,

Within the HDB regulation, you applied for grant under extended family. Beside fulfilling your MOP of 5 years, your parents cannot move of the particular estate within the same 5 years period. If your parents bought the BTO unit now, the offical lease will only starts when they collect the keys few years down the road.
