Hi there,
I bought a flat (4 rm) direct frm hdb, would like to sell my place.

1.) Do I hav to pay for levy if I upgrade to 5 room or ea...?

2.) I note w interests on hdb website for sale of balance flat...
There are 2 selling price. One excluding grant, and another including grant
What shld I b looking at? Exclude grant plus levy? Will grant be eligible after payment of levy?

3.) if I buy resale, no levy... But can still apply for housing grant?

Morning Ms. Teh,

You have purchased subsidized unit once hence you are not eligible for further grant. To purchase second HDB subsidized unit, you are liable for levy of $40k, which is to be paid in cash. Looking at pricing excluding grant should be applicable for you.
To purchase resale unit, you are eligible but without the grant.
