Judging by what you have provided, probability of you purchasing a 1 bedroom condo is quite good, as basing on the numbers, you are likely able to afford something around $700k, and your loan eligibility is in the range of about $530k.

1) Prelimarily TDSR assessment using your salary and age, your estimated loan shall be around $640k.
2) Total fund of 200k (25%) can look for an $800k property.
3) But if I take the amount for buyer stamp duty of $800k which is 18.6k and legal fees of 2.5k. I'll suggest reserving about 20k from your 200k for these costs.
4) So assume using 180k (25%) as a guide, your budget should be about 720k. Your loan will be sufficient to cover the rest.
5) You should be able to find your home using this budget.
