Hi there.
I am seeking advice about expired tenancy agreement and deposit.
I started renting this place(1yr only) on 1st of Nov. 2007 and I have been living here since.
I have told my agent that we will continue the rent for one more year. However my agent never game me the contract for next year (I even remind her a few times).
Since our agent does not like to do her job (as always) we decieded to move out and gave her one and half months notice. Now the previous contract is expired so we should not be bound by the contract.
Our agent is pretty upset and she kept ignoring our phone calls and e-mails.
The only thing I am worried about is our deposit.
What should I do if she said we broke the contract and she was not giving me back the deposit...

Hi Jessie,

Since you have not spoken to your Landlord regarding the renewal of the Tenancy Agreement and there is no early termination of the lease, you will be able to get back your Deposit.
