Dear madam,

Are you planning to take up a HDB loan? More importantly you need ensure you have sufficient funds upfront for the purchase as well as the necessary income to obtain a housing loan. With the finances sorted out, you will then be able to determine if there are options of your preference out there for purchase.

HDB loan eligibility application can be done online via https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BP27AWHLEApplication/BP27SHome.

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 10years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.

Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 9,400 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my clients’ portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.

With an evolving market, where change is the only constant, I have also been investing in upgrading of my knowledge and skills sets to improve myself and meet the demands of current and future market.

Dear Madam.
I am glad to be of service.
Yes, it is possible. However there are few conditions to it and I will need to understand your current situation better.
Assuming you are earning $2,000. If you taking a HDB loan, you max loan is about $130,000. You can try my MSR calculator to estimate the max loan. https://realestatedad.sg/msr-tdsr-calculator/
There are also various grants available for you if you are a Singaporean.
Why not you drop me a text or call me at 9450 8732  so I can assist you further.

Hope this helps.
