Hi there:

I am going to sell my flat which I think I can fetch 350K, presume I have to return back to CPF with interest which is about 126K and the rest outstanding loan around 64K to the bank, I want to buy a 5 rooms flat value at 500K, presume it is with COV of 40K. Now, for this transaction to go thru, I need bridging loan. Will the bank offer me presume my income is 4K per month?

Dear Austin,

To give you a detail understanding on a financial position after selling your current unit and buying a new one, it will be best to meet up. From it, we will know the bridging loan required. After which the bank will be in the best position to advice you on the loan package

Beside the financial aspect, there also other issues that you may have to consider.

If we can discuss further, please let me know.

Thanks.
