It's more ideal to start marketing your unit after getting the court order. However, as for low commission payable, it will be very dependent on the situation that both of you are currently in and definitely the asking price of the unit. Subjected to the cluster your unit is located, along with ethnic restriction and condition of your unit, sales might take some time to complete.
