Currently im 35 planning to buy a resale HDB under the single scheme but probably getting married within the next 2 years. My thoughts were buy a resale HDB single name and then in few years time use my wife's single name to buy a private property and rent out my HDB after MOP.
Is there possible as I've heard that after married, if my wife buys private I have to sell the HDB.
