Hi, there are some properties that im considering to buy but I’m waiting for the price to drop to a certain level b4 I action.
Do agents monitor the market and property in different development in that sense so that once a property of my choice is available at my agreed price I will make the purchase. Is such a service available?

Hi,

Yes I provide such service. In fact I send weekly/biweekly updates to customer about property market + listings I have on hand that reflect the selling price/asking price of the market. This will give you a good sense when to enter in the market.
