Hi there,

Any agent know about can a newly converted singaporean ( with singapore passport)
and temporary singaporean IC ( awaiting to apply for new pink IC)

apply for resale flat HDB and with subsidy from government.

planning to get a resale soon at end of this year and my Pink IC just available on next year April.

Please advice.
