Hi Team,I got my PR recently(March 2010).Me and my wife both are working with me getting a salary around 4.7k and my wife 3.4k(inclusive of CPF).I am currently looking for a 2/3 BHK HDB house around Sengkang/Punggol(though my priority is basically a clean and designed house and hence location not a constraint ),but with no or low COV.Any suggestion?or help to get a house of my choice?..

Hi Souyma,

In this current resale market, it is impossible to buy a HDB flat without COV, especially in Punggol/Sengkang area.
