Hi Sir, We are a Singaporean Citizen , bought HDB flat 5 room flat with HDB grant in Jan2007. We moved overseas and rented the appartment in Aug 2010. Since then with HDB approval it is rented out. The current approval is expiring in March 13. Can you please suggest how can I get approval for another 1 or 2 years to rent.

Hi Edwin I am doing a case for HDB rental and owner is currently oversea. What needs to be done now is to apply for POA at the Notary office of the country that you are base in currently.
