Hi Sir,
Please refer following my situation
My current HDB (4 ROOM ) purchased price $370,000 +$ 20,000 (COV) on year 2010 - HDB Loan - Installment fully paid by CPF

I applied and bough BTO at price $345,000 ( already paid 10% down payment + stamp duty) - Plan to apply HDB Loan

If i Sell my current flat at $430,000. How much maximum Cash i can hold.

May I know what is your outstanding loan and CPF OA utilised plus accrued interest (Combined with wife if applicable)? This is to derive your estimated sales proceeds?

May I know when will your BTO be ready? Future resale HDB prices might decline due to government's intention to build more HDBs in near future.

Hi,

1) The formula for cash proceeds is as follow:
Selling price - Outstanding loan - (CPF + accrued interest)
2) Since you have fully paid off. You should check how much you need to return to your CPF under the property portion in your CPF account.
3) Use $430k - (CPF + accrued interest), you will get your cash proceeds.
