Hi Sir/Mdm!
My flat is at old macpherson estate.
Blk 59 Circuit Road, high flr. But is a simple original layout since 1970's till now.

Pls kindly let me know what is the present selling price? If i intend do some renovation, how much is being added value into if selling flat?
About $15K -$20K (when renovated)

Hi Alicia,

I presume yours is a 3rm standard HDB flat of size 60sqm. Latest transaction there is a mid floor unit sold at $302k in Nov 2011. You can take the price as a guide.

Renovation does help the valuation in some way. But my advice is do not renovate for the sake of selling. What you like, others may not like. Just keep the house simple and well kept. If the asking price is reasonable, I am confident there will be taker.
