Hi

Buyer Stamp duty is approx 3% of price or valuation (whichever higher). It cannot be refunded as it is a standard duty expense for all residential purchase in Singapore.

Generally you cannot reclaim back stamp duties, but there are instances where you might be able to have stamp duty remission and reliefs.
