Hi Singapore PR - I am planning to buy a HDB unit... with new rules can I buy? .... I do not have any other property in Singapore...

Dear Mr.Srinath,
For buying a HDB property, you should not own any property in singapore or overseas. If you own any property you must sell it with in 6 months.
And after you purchase HDB, you must comply Minimum Occupation Period(MOP) of 5 years.
After MOP only you can sell of rent.
