Hi Kelvin, If you unsure about the sale procedures, I will suggest you to engage a professional real estate salesperson. Nevertheless, I hope I can help you out. 1) make sure you have fulfilled MOP If not, you are not allowed to sell and won't be able to issue OTP. 2) do valuation and resale checklist. 3) do advertisements on free property portal or newspapers. 4) secure a buyer with agreed price, received $1k option money, issue OTP to buyer. 5) apply for resale HDB submission and first appointment date when buyer exercise OTP within 2 weeks 6) when first appointment done followed by getting sales proceeds on second appointment and refunded CPF funds within 2 weeks from completion.
