You are purchasing with your local fiance/fiancee? Yes for overseas income, HDB will require some form of documentation proof for your monthly household income. To obtain grants, your monthly household income cannot exceed 12k/month.

Hi,

To be eligible for the CPF Housing Grant, your combined income should not exceed $12k per month.

The grant for a 5RM flat is now set at $40,000, and for 4RM flats and smaller, grant is at $50,000.

If your combined income is less than $5k per month, you are also eligible for the Additional Housing Grant.

There is also a Proximity Housing Grant of $20k if you purchase a resale HDB flat near/within the same estate as either of your parents.
