the bank will take the minimum payment of each card (usually $50) in the TDSR calculation if you never owe any credit card facility.

Typicallly bank will take each credit card as a $50 obligation towards TDSR computation. If there was late repayment, it will affect the credit score as well.

Hi,

1) The TDSR calculation is based on the total number of active credit cards you are currently holding.
2) Each credit will be taken a $50 in the TDSR calculation, and each credit card counted will cost you ~$11k less in your loan.
3) So even though you did not take up any loan or installment from the credit card, the effect of owning multiple active credit cards will still have a significant effect on your loan.
4) The exact amount of loan that each bank would provide will still depend on the bank that you are enquiring for your situation.
