In terms of location, both properties are centrally and conveniently located, with many amenities around the areas as well. Getting tenants will not be too difficult, and the potential is there.

The only concern would be, the price you enter. Both properties are beyond 10 years into their lease. Although still considered new, the first time owners have already enjoyed the appreciation over the years.

Have you asked yourself, if you enter at current market price, what is the timeframe you are looking at to hold before cashing out? What will you be your exit strategy?
