Hi Property Guru, If my parents currently own a condo under their name and is fully paid for, will my mum be able to withdraw her name from the property and i buy a HDB with her? (i am currently below 30yrs old). 1. Will there be additional duties to paid? 2. Subsequently, will she be able to withdraw her name from the HDB, if purchased, and put it back to the condo while the HDB change ownership from her to my future partner? 3. Any other issues i should consider? Regards

Good afternoon! Because your parents are married thus they are considered as a single entity so she is not eligible to form a family nucleus with you to purchase a resale HDB flat. If not, you can consider a 1 bedder at Riverbank @ Fernvale going from $480k onwards. Hope it helps!
