My china born boyfriend has done his National Service here and now a Singaporean. He is 21 years old working as warehouse assistance earning S$1,200. He is living in a rented HDB room with his parents and Sister who are Singapore Permanent Resident. His father is 55 year old working in construction industry, salary S$2,500. Both have CPF.
(1) Are they eligible to buy HDB flat, direct or resale ? Under what scheme ?
(2) Do they qualify for HDB loan ? Who's age to detemine loan period ?
(3) They are looking for 3 rooms flat, which estate is the cheapest ?
(4) What is the possibility of property price coming down ?
