I am looking for a resale HDB flat that meets the following criteria:
- 3 room flat located in the east either Tampines, bedok or hougang
- Price: 200-230K, with COV $10000-$15000.
- I am rushing to get a flat, in order to fulfill my mother's wish, preferably before end-april, as she will be turning 55, and by then, she won't have full access to her CPF ordinary savings
- I just turn 22, currently on a part time basis, looking for a full time job. I will be the main applicant, with my parents as the occupiers.
We have no other outstanding HDB loans and have about $130K of CPF savings in total to use for our next flat (i.e. before 30 april ’10).After that date, it will mean lesser CPF savings can be used, and more money needed.Our budget is 20k to 25k incl all other misc fees
Would appreciate any advice or offer on the matter above
