Hi Prof.
I am 37 age with $2000 monthly salary, if I wan to buy 3 room HDB @$290K, how long will i have to take loan and how much I should pay for my monthly loan? Thanks for your assistance.

Morning,

Only SC are eligible to purchase resale unit under single scheme. Are you still eligible for single grant, if you are SC? As to how much loan you require would depend on how much CPF and Cash you have at hand. The amount also defer on whether you are taking HDB or Bank loan. For the repayment period, HDB allow you to loan up to 65 years old and Bank may grant you a loan up to 70 years old.
