Hi previously i own a 5room hdb but alr sold. Now own a condo fully paid. Pse advise whe can i buy a resale 3 room flat for retirement.

Yes you can buy a resale 3rm flat for retirement. Do note that you would be required to dispose off your existing private property within 6months.
