Hi, please may I know if I sell my HDB flat and would like to buy another HDB flat at the same time,(contra basis) could I cash out all the money earn beside those from our CPF account? And how much cash involved in new stamp duty...etc? My flat is fully paid and was purchaes in sep 2007 and will fully paid for my next purchase of a 2rm resale flat.
