The past few transactions within March 2013 were above $50k with 1 unit as high as $127k COV in BLK 407. Based on my statistics, the highest transacted price in the estate was for a unit in BLK 237 at $850k.
What are you plans for this sale and after sale? It will be good if you are able to share more about your concerns about the sale and after sale. My team is serving a couple of buyers who are downgrading from their landed properties to purchase EMs and if possible, we can introduce the buyers to your place should you decide to sell.
