Hi Ms Jazz,

Depends on the renovation and condition of the unit. If the unit is well renovated, you probably can still fetch resonably high COV of $30k to $50k though it is on the 2nd floor, because of the excellent location.

Afternoon Jazz,

As per today's market asking, your unit should be able to fetch COV of around $40k to $65k. This would, however, also depend on your unit's facing and condition.
