Hi, not too sure whether this is the correct place but just wondering are we able to seek financing for oversea purchase of property in vietnam? I understand mortgage loan in vietnam for foreigners is of a hassle and the rste is very high.

Hi

Yes you are able to do so locally, but the interest is also high.

Do fill me in on your concerns, i will recommend accordingly, as overseas developments, there is certain bank that the developers might work with.

Thus without understanding the full context, it is rather difficult to advise.
