Hi need your guidance. Seller of HDB going thru divorce. Buyer has exercised OTP. What is the document required for taking the 1st appt.

Hi,

As you are undergoing divorce you'll need to have the court order ready before your 1st appointment date. If your court order for your divorce is not out you will be unable to process your sale.

Somehow if you still want to process your sale without the divorce court order do give me a call.
