Good evening! IPA will be valid for 1 month and it will be quite close to the final loan amount you can obtain from banks. The moment you makes an acceptance offer to sellers and obtain OTP, bank will generate LO after they receive a copy of OTP. My recommendation to buyers is always do IPA first before house hunting. Why? 1) Not to forfeit the 1% option money after realization of inability to obtain the loan amount to purchase unit. 2) Can house hunt within the correct budget.
