Hi. My (with wifey) HDB MOP is mid-Oct 2024 (Boon Lay estate)
Hope to sell our house thereafter, and hopefully be able to buy (renovate and move) into a (private) apt by mid-Mar 2025.
Is this an achievable timeline?
I hope to arrange such that I will not be subjected to ABSD, while ensuring the sales from the HDB can be used to finance the private home purchase
During the period of Jan-Mar 2025 we also plan to rent a place for short term stay in consideration of a quieter environment for our new born (and where we can wait out for any renovation works)
Hope to find an expert that can advise a timeline and can see us through the process above; and hopefully specialises in the market in the west side of Singapore since both our current and next house should be in the area
