Hi, my wife and me are Malaysians and both of us holding SPR, we have a landed house in Malaysia and under my name together with my parents , can we still purchase a HDB in Singapore ?

Morning Andy,

Both of you are definitely eligible to purchase HDB resale unit, using bank loan. You are also required to pay ABSD of 5%. However, you are required to remove the ownership status of your private property within 6 months from date of key collection.
