Hi,

My wife and I own a HDB. Myself is PR and my wife is citizen. Currently, we renting out the HDB (coming to 2 yrs) because we are posted overseas. For the new HDB ruling for subleting, are we consider as PR or Citizen for the respective rule to apply??

Afternoon Chan,

In respect to your mixed marriage, HDB should consider your family as SC. However, it's best that you contact HDB or the salesperson who helped you to rent out your unit previously.
