Hi, my wife and i are thinking of getting a 4 room resale HDB flat. Currently we jointly own a private condominium in Singapore. Will we be eligible? If yes, will we be subject to ABSD? Are there any other relevant consideration factors?Thanks.

Hi, if you and your wife are thinking of getting a resale HDB unit, then both of you will have to dispose off the condo unit within 6 months upon collecting the keys of the HDB flat.

Hi,

You will need to sell away your condo within 6 months key collection to resale HDB. Ideally in current market it is better to secure a buyer offer first before finding the HDB. Thanks and hope to understand your requirements further and value-add to your housing plans.

Evening,

You will be required to sell away your private property within 6 months of key collection on the resale HDB unit. ABSD will only be payable if both of you are SPR.
