Hi,

Congratulations on your son's good news. You can buy resale hdb as many times as you like, but subsidized housing such as BTO or resale flat with grant only once. If his finances are comfortable, he may want to consider a new EC as the capital appreciation potential is higher. Thanks and may I assist with his housing plans further?

Evening,

If you are referring to BTO or SOBF, every SC are entitled to two chances, provided the combined income does not exceed the cap indicated by HDB. If you are referring to resale HDB with bank loan, he can buy and sell once the MOP have being fulfilled.

If you are referring to BTO, that will be twice but he has to pay a resale levy if he is getting BTO for the second time.

And well, he is eligible to purchase a resale HDB as many times as he wants.
