Hi, my sister and myself have been granted Singapore Citizenship 2 years ago. Both of us are in our mid 20's. Are we eligible to buy an HDB resale flat?

If we are entitled to do so now, in the event that either of us get married, what are the possible scenarios to consider if one decides to get a new resale flat and keep the existing one?
